The camerawork and equipment is exceedingly bad this time.
    Seriously mismatched.

Malaysia is a very diverse country which locals have been taught to speak multiple languages in their own respective race in family and mother tongue of Bahasa in schools... an avg malaysian can speak 3-5 different languages... Not easy to master all at once ya know :p

I think you misunderstood my true meaning. Is not how he says it...but what he says in the interview. He could have address it even better or in a way as professional player like the tennis players by first thanking the crowd for their huge support and stress how important is it to win this grand occasion as well as expressing some respect to his opponent in the final

I was not very convinced by what he said during the interview..not expected from a World Number 1 professional player

Gillian Clark, almost clairvoyant like, said that HJE would flick. And she did and was faulted.

Good work from KMJ to force Pedersen to lift short. HJE obliges for the kill.

The Matrons in Black take game 1, despite flailing arms....
If (coach) Pedersen's looks could kill, they'd both be pushing daisies by now.....

Danish coach did not look happy until the Danish pair finally got the first game 21-19.

In that case, your expection/standard is higher. MO is not grand occasion, just normal SS. The reporter ask, he just answer the question directly, no added 'flowers'. I think also not necessary, like so long winded (which I dont like :p), there's another match coming up.
I've seen numerous LCW interviews, he is ok for badminton player, if compared to certain other badminton players.
