Let's see if the AE jinx for Liliyana Natsir will end this year. I dare not hope so much though. More interested in following the matches in the German Junior this week.

KOR keeps their gap. So far so good. 14-10. Now 14-11

Tontowi/Liliyana leading by slim margin over Chan/Goh 8-6

WX has the best record against non-CHN players. IMHO, it is extremely unlikely that she would not be chosen by LYB.

it is possible that LXR might move up to no.4 within the next few weeks. if she does, will we see a repeat of 2008? (Recall: LYB ditched the reigning world champion, Zhu Lin, for the Beijing OG). WYH might be ditched at the last moment. Let's see what happens after Uber.

Tai's inexperience and maybe lack of fighting spirit or mental toughness cost her dearly. She's still very young, as she matures she will rise higher. What a missed golden opportunity to at least get to the SSP Final, with only two Chines players in her way and both seemingly not in their best condition , or so I thought.

Whatever, congratulations to LXR. Hope you win tomorrow and overtake Saina as No.4 in the world and thereafter moving up to the top 3 earlier than I expected.

If any of the 3 Wangs is to be dumped in favour of LXR, it would be WSX not WYH, I believe.

Not sure why but I am not exactly that upbeat about Towi/Butet's chance. Maybe I am too used to see them losing.

Okay, so KOR and INA has to be together. :D When one is leading, the other one will follow. I like it. Win win solution for me.

KOR trying to close the match. 19-18. Crucial stage.
    19 all. Ouch.

    ToLyn looking good. Likey
