The Venue in Jakarta has been changed to BRITAMA Sports hall in Kelapa Gading, not Tennis Indoor

I think there are no Quarter Final matches. That is the matches played on 30 and 31 April is Semi Final matches, Home and away.

Chris, there is no QF. Straight to Semis. Home & Away, who has most points from the 2 ties wins.
Then, Finals, also Home and Away.

    .
    Thanks for explaining, eaglehelang.

So, what will happen if their total points are the same (adding all their points from their Home & Away matches)? Although this is highly unlikely to happen, it could happen. :):):)

Hmmm, highly unlikely lor. If they 'draw' with each having same no of wins- 3-0 or 2-1, then they'll see whether straight sets or rubber. After that, I'm not sure. If individual like SS finals, they even go into ranking, who's ranked higher if same no of games. Team event, dunno

Or since this is Axiata, the sponsors can have another tie to decide?:p

Hahahaha, true! Let's just hope we see Garuda vs. Rajawali in the finals... ;) Although, I am sure the Axiata Cup organizers would rather see a Malaysia vs. Indonesia finals... :p

The scheduling of the SF is a farce!

Remember....most players need to go to Australia. So, imagine these Malaysian players flying from KUL-CGK-KUL (the Tigers). Right after match on Sunday night (and this will probably end close to midnight), they will need to take another flight to SYD, for the Aussie Open that will start on Tuesday for MS R64. There's hardly any time for rest.

I guess the lure of money is too much as these players have already pocketed at least US$10k each.

    Really ridiculous......

After Friday's match, both teams and take the same flight for the return leg, like the WWE wrestlers.

Malaysia Tiger will be arriving today....and the hotel they stay is far away from Britama sport and it may take them and INA team as well around 1 hour at least to get there from Sultan Hotel
