Why is Hafiz not playing? It would be great seeing him play against TH :)

US$20k guaranteed for Alvent/AG, Rian/Angga, Hayom, Tommy, and Vito. The biggest paycheck for some of them I believe.

2012 Axiata Cup: It would be INA Rajawali-vs-INA Garuda at the Final?

    .
    :D:D:D

    INA Rajawali team manager, Yacob Rusdianto, predicted correctly;

It would be INA Rajawali-vs-INA Garuda at the Final.

Before that, you should watch the MD between Setiawan/Ahsan vs Goh/Lim. 1st half of 1st set, got controversy on points. Hendra & Ahsan kept argue with the Umpire, then GVS/LKW also got say something - on whether shuttle in out stuff & they disagree. But she is nice lady, just smile

Total annihilation by Taufik. Arif doesn't have answer at all. Too bad LCW is still shoulder injury recovery.

Arif is just not up to par, simple as that. Liew Daren showed a very meek performance that I'm questioning his commitment to the Axiata Cup.

Even Ramdan or Iskandar would have given better fight, though they would lost in straight sets too.
Hafiz flew off the Aust Open already is it?

Actually this Axiata Cup is designed to keep Malaysia Badminton on top with this format..Axiata MAS thought LCW and KKK/TBH could win and keep MAS proud but unfortunately LCW was injured and KKK/TBH did not perform well...so I am not sure AXIATA MAS will keep continuing this event next year unless the business for AXIATA is better from INA side....
This show that INA Badminton is still way ahead of MAS....

I really like the way Iskandar play... The whole stadium hating Iskandar just now, only me supporting iskandar...:p

In my opinion, just now, there are a few bad line calls in favor to Hayom, that cracks Iskandar concentration, and gives Hayom spirit..

Actually once Tommy won, all INA players were happy and had been instructed to play for fun..thats why Rian/Angga and Hayom were not too focus.....

For me, winning or losing is not the important things. I just want to see more youngsters get their chances to play in team event like this. Glad that BAM send two teams (main team & youngster team) for this event. The format is already good but the timing can be questionable.:)

Seems true. Total crush for Malaysia. Malaysia had 12 matches against Indonesia in semifinal and only won 1 of it. Disappointed. Expected more win.

If group stages matches included, the match gap between Indonesia and Malaysia is super big. :crying: Malaysia needs to do lots of thing to improve.

In my opinion, as a fans in home, it is not good if they played just for fun and not serious. because I think, I and my friends in home, want to watch a real game or real fighting spirit from our national player against their opponent. why? if I (personally) watch the match, and the players/pairs I watch not play at his/her/their best, I will be really disappointed. I prefer watch players/pairs play all out., such that I (as spectator) feel the emotion. :D
    correct me if I'm wrong.
