Re having access to arena & watch players participating, only if you have credentials and passes given by the IOC..

Re tickets, the only way is to get them from individuals (scalpers) or ticketing agencies. Was like that in 2008 as well.
I know the IOC and NOC tried to get "rid" of all the tickets by selling them to those ticket reseller companies which was smart. Those ticket reseller companies in turn will have to resell it @ a higher price if they wanna get profit...but at the same time, the ticketing website companies are gambling that people are gonna go & watch the events & matches. Otherwise, if there are no buyers, the ticketing agencies will incure the costs & lose..

    Commentators

Any word on who'll be commentating the TV Court? i know G. Clark hopefully, but if its the same chap from 2008, i don't want to watch it anymore, his commentary for me ruined the events...

Not a clue, obvious candidates for English commentary would be Ian Wright, Morten Frost, Anthony Clark, Poul Erik Høyer Larsen etc. they'll be rotated between matches anyway.

I know for Danish TV, Hans-Kristian Vittinghus is commentating.

As wages rise in China production of clothing will move onto the next low wage country, the last I heard it was likely to be Vietnam. I'd be interested to see the reaction then ... :D

Is that Tan or Koo at the front of the court being a d*ck and trying to hit the lone guy in the face? Whoever it was he had three goes at it with the last attempt bringing an angry reaction that in turn causes the d*ck to engage in some hilarious alpha male staring for a few seconds.

Thanks for sharing the footage btw :)

Actually, there are still rooms in that hotel even now - if you are willing to pay GBP160-200+ per nite.

Looks more tomboyish then ever, is Lily. Must be the style to create less drag as she lunges forward to take control of the net.

I'd like to see what would happen if BoMo wear their favorite pink shirts. ;)

I would say that'd be a very astute move as the camouflage would confuse the crap out of their opponents :D

This is an election year! The lawmakers need to appear strong against China for some popular political causes... because in economical or financial consideration, it definitely doesn't make any sense to act harshly to your largest creditor! Furthermore, when you are broke, you can't be choosy to consume the more expensive goods... it's even fortunate to have something to consume, financed by the endless debt!

Actually it's a very intricate play of two arms belong to the same master, staging the show to appease the gullible audiences, for decades!

That's a calculated gambling! Understandably in the most biz decisions, some calculated gambling moves are somehow involved!

Btw, badminton fans in London in particular and Europe in general, please go and buy all the tickets to watch the matches from the day 1, if the events are making big money for ticketing agencies, IOC will show more affinity to badminton. Principally they dare not to throw out any cash cow sport from the list! Profit must be increased from time to time! Money rules!!! :D

    Speaking about team's uniform...

TPE, INA, CHN's look okay, stick with the nation's colours...;) and MAS too (although it's a recycle look from the past, just add the London OG12 logo) smart move to save the budget...

ITA, GB's uniform look fine to me (despite some locals complain )

USA...my first reaction was... the guys are joining the army and the girls are joining the...well Girls' Scout..
