I am not a big fan for Weight lifting, but I just saw a 19 years old girl (she became 19 years old 4 days ago) break the world record

Amazing feat from Zulfia Chinshanlo (Kazakhstan)
    category under 53 kgs
she did 131 Kgs (world record) while the other did at max is 120 kgs

the rumour is that she can lift 137 kgs. she tried 135 as her last attempt but she failed
no problem, she broke the world record already with 131 kgs

    congratz Zulfia :)

Good effort but no medal yet. I was following Jadi Setiadi and I thought that he was good, he was leading with just 1 lift but then the North Korean broke the record.

    ohhh, breath taking moment!

The INA player almost out of medal!
the INA got 317 kgs and Jamaica got 317 kgs

Eko is heavier than the Jamaican player, so he got the bronze

the CHN player wants to break olympic record at 178 kgs (at total 318kgs to be in Silver)
if CHN player got it (he has 2 attempts) he will be in silver and Eko will be outside the medal area
the CHN player was the last lifter. I'm sure Eko cannot stop looking at the screen hoping for the CHN player to fail
and yes, the CHN player failed! Eko got the bronze medal!

    Congrats to Eko
I think this is the first medal for INA!

Edit: YES, this is the first medal for INA in this Olympics!

As I'm writing this, he just broke World Record for snatch, clean & jerk, and that means... total lift!

Tomorrow's gonna be 69 kg final. I hope Triyatno and Deni will make us proud.

INA weightlifters are actually very good. Consistently delivering medal since Sydney 2000. With more training and hard work, I believe gold medal won't be something in near future.

wow, very brave move from Triyatno

he got 331 kgs for bronze
    he wants more!
the ranking 2 player is only for 332 kgs

he went fro 186 to 188kgs (in total 333kgs for silver medal)

bravely challenging the second rank, and he almost crumble
but he did it! with total 333kgs, he is in second position and win the silver medal!

    Congrats Triyatno

P.S: if you know the meme "are you not entertained?" Triyatno did the pose lol!
