I would have to agree from my personal experience playing with someone who keeps doing fancy/crazy/unnecessary shots and constantly making me have to try to cover for it, would make me want to give up. I can only imagine how I would feel if my livelihood depended on playing with that person everyday.

Even though he is fed up, he should have continued to try his best and go all out instead of playing even worse than his partner and having KKK cover for him.
Either bad excuse or just shows that TBH doesn't have a good attitude either

The combination need to be split up, both no longer have the cutting edge in edging other pairs. Their style of play is too predictable already.

He is the coach. He can make the call. But he is taking a lot of risk. The pressure on him and the pair will be very big.

Normally when a pair drop of form like kkk/tbh for more than 24 months is considered gone case. TKH will be questioned like hell for his decision if the pair do not perform in another 6 months. Given TBH is still young , there is still time/chance to find a new partner to form a stronger pair.

If split & they don't increase their intensity in training is useless...

Nadzmi did what TKH could not do, split the pair and pair them with younger players. One wonder who has the say in player management, the coaches or the management.
