Now Sindhu "trolled" olympic gold medalist...

Also happy to know somebody is following Indian cricket-I dropped it long ago.

hopefully li xue rui wont become another wang xin or koo/tan.
on rise since they start, then off after others know how to beat them.

The way LXR played and lost to Lu Lan last Saturday in CBSL, I already sensed it coming - all the attention and adulation on her young shoulders is positively bad for her.

Just when I thought Wang Zengming is improving lately, his senior teammate Du Pengyu is proving me wrong.

Du Pengyu the next King? How can that be, isn't he taking too long and still nowhere near it?

LXR together with WYH, both bridesmaids to XXF's wedding, won't be in action next week at JPN Open. I read Saina is also not playing, which means we'll get to see most of the top WS players back to competition next month. By then I expect to see all of them settled down and back to business as usual, no more Olympics after-effects.

Almost didn't notice Chen Long despatched of Gurusaidutt in commanding fashion going by the scoreline, 21-8 and 21-12. Is he trying to prove a point, that his time has come?

It's much better for LXR to suffer a few setbacks early rather than later in her career. At the young age of 21, she will then have many more years to consolidate and benefit from those valuable lessons and grow in maturity and steadfastness.

That reminds me WSX, being only one year older at 22,and who hasn't achieved as much as LXR, should have more reasons to pull herself up by her own bootstraps. Too great a success at an early age can do more harm than good, generally speaking.

that was an easy win for him, i saw the match, that was boring. If he wants to prove something, he got to do it in a major, or at least in a real SS, by beating every big guns !

Hahaha!! This is unbelievable! Sindhu eliminates LXR in China! Am I dreaming? Now if she defeats Yihan Wang, that would be a slap in Chinese women badminton's face which has already been bruised to an extent by Saina. She needs to cross Yanjiao Jiang's hurdle though.

Yeah, the biggest shock of this tourney...Sindhu is a good attacking player, tall and still young, 17 y.o.
WS semifinal tomorrow : two home WS against Thai youngster and Indian teenager ;)
