Perhaps you could consider getting the V2 across the causeway :)

yes, yes i have. its an excellent racket -enough said-
but, its frame is very fragile. i bought mine around 5-7 months ago and the head of the racket cracked by the 4th month or so...now, unable to restring it, my el nino 07 sits on the shelf collecting dust and the worst thing is that flypower arbi products are quite pricey especially the high-end ones (el-nino 97, enigma, el nina, etc). So i'd say its a gamble there, mate. who knows you might turn out luckier than i was, or maybe i was jst unlucky!oh and btw el nino 07 is USD $140. but i must say this again, el nino 07 is a very very nice racket to use, i hope to buy another one sometime in the near future. So best of luck to you man!

    Hi nick.h,

Thanks for the feedback. I am using the El Nino 08 now as I'm unable to find any El Nino 07 in SG.
I feel that El Nino 08 is an excellent racket to use and was wondering if the 07 can deliver all that the 08 provides with greater power..... anyway I will continue my search for the El Nino 07 and hopefully I can find it one day.... Anyone who knows where I can purchase the El Nino 07 in SG, pls let me know k! thanks in advance :)

no clash, no nothing..it was simply a bad product from a bad batch...cos the crack started from the inner-side of the frame, not the outer-side...plus i am very careful with my rackets i'd rather lose points than damage my rackets.

Well i hv a bad experience with flypower racket.i bought tornado 800 n in less than a month and there is a 'weird' sound on the cone shaft.similar cndition happen to my superpower 93 n kaldera 777.i dun knw whether its bad luck or the product problem itself,bt its annoying hearing a sound while swinging it.luckily my warriors 7 still ok til nw.hehe.i ordy sold my kaldera, tornado n gv my sp93 to my son.still keep warriors 7 as my precious collection:)

now Kido has switched to Lining so it's hard to get the picture. i think Angga Pratama has used Tornado 800 and Ryan has used Tornado 900 now.

    Hi Nick,

I'm using 3 of the elnino08 in rotation at the moment, stung at 27/28 with BG85. Have no problem so far.
Any chance that it was because uneven stringing tension? How many ponds did you put on it?
I experienced it before. My tornado900 and warrior8 cracked on around 4/5 oclock position, although they were only on 25 pounds. Then I changed my stringer, haven't got any problems since.
Although a bad batch is always a problem on any mass production.

    Davy
