would've needed divine intervention and then some for WWK to beat LCW, judging from how LCW played yesterday

WSX having a comfortable match thus far, taking G1 at 21-11. She's been displaying an improved smash from what I can see as she had at least five clean smash winners that were well placed and decent power. The only thing is that she only smashed when she had plenty of time to do so where as others like WYH and LXR can hit much better smashes while in more awkward positions.

Edit: had no idea shoji sato retired, apparently he's coaching singles at least for women from what Gill had said

WSX looking more self-assured. She can smash if she wants to but still not often enough.

WSX after a smash will almost always follow by a cut instead of another smash.

WSX through yo final. Justin L's comment about WSX is being elaborated on in that she does not go for the kill at the net after smashing, which puts less pressure on her opponent and makes WSX too predictable because they'll know she'll just drop it to the front or lift

she's lucky Baun, WYH and Schenk all went home early, because any of those 3 would've beat her with the game she played today. I don't understand not doing those net kills like the commentator said. It's dangling 2 feet above the net and she's already RIGHT THERE. Just frigging smack it down; who cares if it goes into the net once in a while, at least it'll give the other side something to think about as in "oh, maybe I shouldn't hit those that loose or I'll be eating feathers"

If SJH wins her side of the semis against Li Han, I think SJH will take it tomorrow.
