The crowd can now devote all their attention to Bella, and it immediately pays dividends! :D

She closes the gap now to 11-12.....

I just returned from lunch and saw GJ lost to Mitani, which is not unexpected. Even if GJ advances, she will not do so very far unless she improves on those factors that I mentioned, particularly the confidence factor.

Her coach should disappear for a while so as not to distract GJ, who more often than not looks back in dejection for guidance from her coach. Then probably GJ has no alternative but to focus on her opponent and the match and can be more relaxed to think of her own solutions. She is a professional and has to behave more independently!

Yippy has her bouts of flashes but remains inconsistent by and large.

Oh, OK! Sorry for the faux pas!

However, she will be gladdened (and relieved) to know that she is still in the "Main Draw" of 32 flavours... :D

I agree with you now. You know one thing.. I carefully followed her match against Minatsu.. She had a comfortable lead in the rubber which was more than enough to finish the match.. But Minatsu fought back and won it.. Definitely unexpected for me..

JF/CP have found their errant earplugs, and now forge ahead 11-7....

SJH puts on a spurt at the correct time and leads 20-16 now.....

    Please!!! I'm listening!!! :D

It's not me that's keeping bizarre hours, really. Its these foolish organisers of the India Open, Indonesia Open, Thailand Open, Singapore Open, HKG Open, China Open, Malaysia Open, Korea Open, TC UC WC SC..... who've got all the wrong schedules, you see? :( :p
