What block? If you are referring to both danes rushing the net for the china net kill they where nowhere near her follow through. Chinese player made contact over the net as well should have faulted her but hey ho.

BYX did not play well, whereas ZQX played better. I thought a few shots BYX should have intercepted, but as a front court player, she failed to give this addition cover and advantage for her back court player. Hope BYX learns from this match.

the strength in the wrists of both BoMo is amazing...makes them very deceptive and so efficient at disposing asian pairs that rely too much on speed...

For tournaments like OG or WC, it is true that places for each country are limited. But for most other tournaments, you can enter as many players as you want. If it is really is about internal CHN politics, these players can ply their trade in other countries, like in the past e.g. Pi Hongyan, Yao Jie. It's a shame when talent is extinguished. That said, considering the depth of talents that we have today from Japan, Thailand, India, Spain, to name a few, I think WS will be interesting for many years. I'm more worried about MS. After LD and LCW are gone, CL will rule the world.

WSX shrieks, CM shouts. My take is the CM shouts to motivate herself. I'm not annoyed at all. Perfectly fine by me.

Maybe he finally listened to Gill Clarke's repetitive comments on how his defense is the weak link in the BoMo pair.
