Just shocking that Liang could not stop Aya's rampage from 11-16 down to win G2 21-16 without dropping another point. 10 straight points without a response from Liang - amazing!

It will be another shock if Liang should win! Haha.

Kevin/Arya lost, despite leading in both sets, esp in the second-set (19-13). Sigh.....

Now, INA's hope lies on Kevin/Masita and Ihsan.

I have always felt that the Kevin/Arya combo is not that good. They even lost to Rizki/Wildan in the Tangkas Specs this year.

Hope Kevin can focus on his XD now....the sole hope.

wow, China has 8 in quarters, 1 in MS, 1 in WS, and 2 in MD, 2 in WD, 2 in XD.

Korea has 4, while other countries, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia have 2 respectively.

How come China lost in the team event? I checked the players, China didn't send their best players in Team event:

MS: CHN sent Lin Guipu and Shi Yuqi, both were not good in individual events either. They didn't play their best MS Zhao Junpeng.

WS: CHN sent Qin JJ, and lost, but their best is He BJ.

MD: CHN sent Yuchen Liu / Siwei Zheng and lost, but their best is LJH/LYC

WD: CHN sent HDP/JYF, their best, and won.

XD: CHN set Kaixiang Huang/Qingchen Chen and lost, but their best is Liu Yuchen/Huang Dongping

    Strange

China has representative for all 5 categories in semifinal, let's see how many individual title that bagged by CHN this time after none gold medal last year and 2011 edition absence ;)

Interesting clash => Akane Yamaguchi (JPN) v home fave Busanan Ongbumrungpan

Why Malaysia players always play with pressure ?

Lee CW with pressure... TBH, KKK with pressure, now STZ with pressure....

Is Malaysia in the eye of anticyclone ?

If I'm not mistaken, this will be their first meeting. Busanan has played against Aya a few times before, but not Akane. This match would certainly catch attention.

Liu/Huang has trouble at 17. In game 2, they were leading 17-12 and lost 17-21

Now in game 3, leading 17-11 now tied 17-17
