i think the key is the return. ZZ quality in both placement and tightness. Nielsen simply not able to pressurize them like he does with others. resulting in him always either late, or unable to do anything useful.
and once he need to do a neutral or defensive shot, he lose out because of lack of game practice and experience.
this match is not as exciting as i had thought. Z/Z knows F/P's strengths and weaknesses all too well.
This thought came to me earlier today around the same time but with quarters/semis/finals. Each of the winners become a seeded player for the quarters. All the second places in the group go into a random draw to see which players they will play against. You only need one extra day for the quarterfinal matches. Players only play one extra match. More players get involved. Need more umpires and linesmenand prize money though.
Let's see. for today's final. WD: one sided. WS: one sided MS: one sided XD: one sided (so far). hm....
In another thread, I was complaining how an opponent did a full blooded smash to my face from a forecourt position that just missed my eye. One of the replies was to move out of the way. ZYL shows even a world champion cannot sometimes turn away fast enough.
hey.. at least you should bow your head down like her. and usually you must protect with your racket ahead of your face when you standing in front-court.
I hit one onto my captain's eye from the forecourt and he didn't turn up for the next session. He was very angry but it was accidental. I am not as accurate as the pros.
I'm just catching up so bear with me. Watching the LCW v Tommy match and it appears that Tommy has a mental block that he's not going to beat LCW, just like LCW has against LD.
when you're in hitting side, please check it before you hit it.. and usually you must not smash when your opp stands up front ahead of you over the net. this is not something every recreational players should keep.
