I will get to try later in the evening. But to have a more accurate review, like what magic says I still need a few sessions

Just finish my session with my AVP @ 28/30lbs. The control is superb resulting my net play is good. The smash is powerful. On the first touch, I am very satisfied with the racket just that the colours are just too striking.. haha

good to hear. i think that'd be a little bit too high a tension for me, but i have to try it soon!

I will post up the picture of my new AVP. I am looking forward to more sessions with this racket.

The control of the AVP is it's magic point. The smashes are ace too once you get the timing right. Sideline smashes are so easy with this racket. The BG66 Ultimax is the perfect string for this racket...

I had use ultimax before, within 2 weeks the tension was lost. Dropped around 2 lbs. So I decided to give zymax 65 a try

Thanks.. I selected Karakal PU grip, I wanted the yellow colour but I did not realise that time it comes with this kind of striking design.. Since the colours of this racket is so striking, why not make it more? :D

I'm so buying that grip now lol. Strings are white on mine though. How you liking the zymax 65 by the way? I find it very crisp and has a good ping sound to me.

    Edit : that's if i can find it :(

Edit : Nevermind just found it on ebay =D.

I really like the color of the racket. To me it's a metallic orange.

Zymax 65 I really like it, like what you say the sound and power are good. I have tried ultimax but the tension was lost rapidly after 2 weeks. So time will tell how much tension will Zymax65 lose.

i like the racket color too..bold and splashy. but that was too yellow for me :).
i tried my nanospeed with too much red (overgrip+string) and i didn't like it..wanted to paint it all over with blue. wish we could get custom spray paint on strings that can be changed frequently ;)

I like to stay a little low profile but the playability of the racket is more important

For this racket, think of it as an orange on top of the sundae... lmfao!

I played again yesterday. It confirmed that this racket is awesome whether it is in control or power. Superb. Of coz it is strung at 28/30 lbs, giving it good control. The racket is very fast too. As fast as my 4U lethal 9 which is even balanced to slightly head light.

the other day at the store, someone came with a broken AVP :(.. they said it's been just a few months but there were enough scratch marks, paint was off, signs of clashing. i thought it was weird it broke at the bottom half of the head (between 7-and 8-o'clock) since that part looked normal...
i felt it, def looked like heavy damage, crack reached all around the circumfernece/diameter (whatever's the right term) at 8o clock and extended about 3cms past 7-o'clock down towards the neck, almost reaching the shaft. they also strung it no less than 26lbs.
could it be that the frame is not able to take such pressure, or probably a lot of rough and heavy use and mishits?
