Any one who have experienced with these two racquets? Just wondering which one do you prefer and why? Thanks
Just to add on my opinion of the N50-II with comparison with the N50 (Gen I) : The N50-II is definitely a more head heavy racket that focus more on attack and power compared to the generation I N50, which focus is more on control and speed. To put it this way, Control: N50-II (9.0/10) < N50 (9.5/10) Power: N50 -II (9.5/10) > N50 (9.0/10) Overall, it boiled down to what the players want in their games, if they want more power, go for the N50-II; and if they want more control, go for the N50. Both are great rackets in their own rights.
I'm a chinese people...And I don't think LN is better than Yonex... so dont waste your money on LN...If you have the money...try Yonex...or Victor...

But you like to express your love for Mizuno TC700, so besides Chinese, you love Japanese brands too? Just not Yonex (maybe just a little bit of love for Yonex.)?
Technically, the TC700 is a Chinese Badminton Racket since it proudly states that it is manufactured in China.
N50ii is lighter and not as stiff. Controll is definitely weaker than N50. Power wise, not sure that N50ii has the edge. Perhaps because it's more flexible than the N50. Conclusion, I rather stick with the regular N50. Imo N50ii is perfectly engineered for women. Perfect racket combo for XD games.
Actually I think the "brand" is irrelevant. Its what tech and quality that goes into the racket that counts. Today China has shown with LN etc. that their top-of the line rackets mathces or surpasses the Yonex ones in quality. If the factory that makes the racket is placed in China, Sweden, Japan or France is irrellevant to me, as I am sure each country has people who can produce great stuff, and people who will produce crappy stuff. a "logo" doesn't tell you ANYTHING about the quality really. it is simply just a logo
I haven't tried the N50I before, but I'm getting an N50II soon though, so I'll let you know how it feels when I try it out. I'll also mention what strings and tension too (because that does affect the feel and behaviour too). I'll try my best though cuz I'm no pro so I won't really notice the super tiny details and stuff
i have an n50 and it's heavy, heavier than my arc10 2u, and going off tangent the n90 is even heavier, so props to you guys/gals who can handle the swing weight of these rackets!!!
I dno what weight my one is, but I have an Arc 10 Peter Gade (english one) and i'll admit it feels a bit different to the normal Arc 10. Personally, I think it's a really good weight and I've tried the N90 and N90II and the weight wasn't a problem for me (except for the head heaviness of the N90 in the swing), let alone kill my arm off in the swing. Do you just not like it or what?
TO BE HONEST with YOU !! I tried a few YONEX racket ...the current crops are not as good as they advertised !!! ONLY When at the CARBONEX SP21 was good back then .... BUT since then most of their RACKET are nothing great at ALL !! I think only THE ZFORCE 2 looks abit AWESOME ...BUT very expensive ,...
Maybe the guy was just trying to say that though he was a Chinese; which might imply he that he will root for his home brand, He still would recommend something else, based purely on the price fact. And Yonex and Victor were his recommendations. And then the people went nuts, poor guy .
CHINESE CHINA people generally do not SUPPORT their COUNTRY's own products ...just like the KOREAN in the 90s never supported SAMSUNG and other KOREAN products...THEN they still preferred foreign brands ... THERE is some truth that CHINESE brands products and qualities do varies due to many existence of fakes and poor quality control in manufacturing products ... BUT the CHINESE products have improved by leaps and bounds though there IS STILL MORE ROOM to IMPROVE ...which will make the CHINESE products eventually be as good as the WESTERN and JAPANESE products .... CURRENTLY LI NING do have some good products and not everything LI NING is bad ... Its the SAME ...I think not every YONEX is a good racket and many are OVERPRICED too !!
