Chayut looks like Li Gen...in terms of posture. The SIN pair is still leading 13-10. They could create an upset.

 

What a fast long rally won by SIN 14-10.

 

16-13 to SIN. Chayut is fast to pounce on the loose bird.

 

So far our boys are acquitting themselves well, although fat boy was a little unsteady in his serves 16-13.

 

Yet another good placement 17-13. They will take the first-set.

 

18-13. 3 more for the first-set.

 

Well our boys lost 3 points in a row 19-16.

 

Chayut takes charge...20-17.

 

Fat boy could be fast at the net, and won another point yet ... and the first game 21-17.

 

The MAS crowd stunned into silence in the 1st game.

 

An error by the MAS pair means its 21-17 to the SIN pair. A good match for Danny/Chayut.

 

I am rooting for the underdogs.

 

Hope our guys are not resting on their laurels... if they really want to win something memorable 3-all,

We can't just depend on Danny to deliver the goods, fortunately, Chayut is not the weak link , he's up to the task, matching Danny in all departments of the game.

thanks. He had a heart surgery shortly after 2009 China National Games and had to retire. I liked him; too bad.
