Some tournaments, like Danmark open, offer good streaming (even with comments) from the qualification on. That is real good

Match of the day would be Zhao Yunlei/Tian Qing vs Ko Ara/Yoo Hae Won.

A match full of drama, long rallies, disputes, overrules, you name it.

If anyone watched the match. The Chinese were awarded points due to unfair overrule of line-judge calls by the Chinese-speaking umpire who spoke to Tian/Zhao in their native language. The Korean coach, manager and players sought for the referee but of course did not change the final decision made by the umpire.

Apparently, the umpire had awarded the point to the Koreans in "service over", but heavy protest by Tian/Zhao influenced her decision and the point was then given to the latter. Fair or not fair? Up to your judgement...

I was there. Marin's shout was not that annoying or maybe she didn't give her best shout yet :D
Her shouting teammate WSX, didn't actually shout in the two easy matches. So I can't comment lol

Thanks for the information. Just when I arrived, the "drama" has already begun so I was not sure what was happening. Ko A Ra and Yoo Hae Won were on the verge of winning before being denied by TQ/ZYL with 6 straight points to the victory. ZYL doing the usual "in your face!" winning pose just added another pinch of salt to the wound lol

    QUARTERFINALS (03.00pm local time, 3 courts) => http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...76F387-F73A-4B14-BDEB-D5D59D6CB275&d=20140627

For INA viewers, LIVE TV will be broadcasted by Star Sports channel, starting time 02.00 WIB (court 1 matches).

Looking forward to below ties :
    - Momota v Sugiarto
    - Sindhu v Marin
    - Wang SX v Tai TY
    - Hoon TH/Tan BH v Cai Y/Lu K
    - Pedersen/Juhl v Jung KE/Kim HN
    - Fuchs/Michels v Lee YD v Shin SC

Well, both CHN and KOR have secured 1 semi ticket each through MS and MD respectively. INA hope in this tournament depends on their MS & XD. Indian star Saina Nehwal has good prospect to reach last four and will take on either top seed or TPE talent Tai TY tomorrow.

Lee YD business in XD is ended, lost to the on-fire German pair Fuchs/Michels, 18-21 / 9-21. The other KOR XD Ko/Kim seals game 1, 21-15 against Xu/Ma.

The way Fuchs/Michels have been playing throughout these few weeks, they should be in the final.

PV vs Marin sounds to be very neck to neck..but I have full faith on pv she will finish it in straight sets....all though I am looking forward for eriko vs SN eriko is not in her best but she is a tough meat to thrash.....WSX is my favorite but I worry is she wins it will be difficult for SN to overcome her so I am praying TTY to outplay her...!!! Momoto vs tommy will be superb..WHS vs LD seems good on paper but again I am sure it won't even need a rubber...

Xu/Ma ousted by Ko/Kim, 15-21 / 15-21. Without top four pairs in semi, XD title is open for any pair...

Yui is attacking well from the backline, and is winning. Akane was also doing that of late.

Good strategy to spread around the players. Share out prize money and honours. For those who may only win one super series tournament in their life, it can help when they are guests of honour in badminton related events.
