    Gold : CHN
    Silver : KOR
    Bronze : INA & THA

    Women's team
    Gold : CHN
    Silver : THA
    Bronze : KOR & INA


    KOR men's team always cruised to final round since 2002 Busan AG and possibly they also will be motivated to do it once again here at homesoil as they grabbed men's team gold in Seoul 1986 and Busan 2002.

    CHN shows total domination in women's team event, won 9 gold medals since badminton inauguration at 4th Jakarta AG 1962. The last time they failed to reach final was 1994 Hiroshima AG when KOR bagged gold medal.

    *Men's team R/16 matches :
    -HKG v MDV
    -MAC v MGL
    -KOR v IND
    -THA v TPE
    CHN, INA, JPN, MAS have first round bye and automatically advance to QF

    *Women's team R/16 matches :
    -MDV v INA
    -IND v MAC
    -TPE v HKG
    CHN, KOR, JPN, THA, MAS have first round bye and cruise into QF

    Update schedule taken from the official website, Women's teams will play two rounds tomorrow, R/16 (09.00am local time) and QF (06.00pm).

    From the startlist, P.V. Sindhu will play WD too, partnered with Ashwini Ponnappa against Macau team.

    MAS, INA, IND women's teams have secured QF ticket, while TPE leads 2-0 at the moment against HKG team.

    No idea, whether they have installed hawk eye or not.. but it is very difficult for indian team.

    Win or lose, give the chance for the young players to play.
    I think this Asian games Indonesia probably going to go home without gold but hopefully the young players can play well and give good fight.

    Judging by the score, it seems to have been a very convincing match from Sung Ji Hyun. 21-16 21-13 playing Tai Tzu-Ying.
