Poor Michael Fuchs. Always have to lose against the same male opponent twice a day. :D
    Fuchs/Michels just losed against LYD/LSH with 20 - 22 / 21 - 23.

In the evening Fuchs has to play again against LYD in the MD.

Last tournament he lost to Lu Kai in the MD and MXD - now it's LYD :D

Michels/Fuchs failed to progress to QF of Hongkong Open SuperSeries 2014. Widianto/Dili are expected to overtake Michels/Fuchs as the 8th in the SS Ranking by progressing to SF in Hongkong. Widianto/Dili got a freepass to QF after the 4th Seed, Ko/Kim has given a walkover.

Tough task will waiting him at last eight, most likely JOJ. Don't see any improvement by CHN two back-ups Tian HW and Gao H.

As expected, BYX/WXL are pushing MAS WD to the limit at the 3rd set. This is very typical of Chinese WD, they usually wore out their opponent on the 1st set by giving their opponent lifts to smash and took the remaining 2 sets convincingly. Despite having lost the 1st set, china WD gain the upper hand in terms of stamina.
