Here is the display in the stadium: I talked to the person there. To play there membership is necessary. Membership will be given on 5th of every month. As it is over for this month, he asked me to come at 7 AM on 5th of Next month. Membership will be given based on availability it seems. Once we get the membership, we need to renew it every month. Hope thus helps. If you have more questions, you can go to the stadium and contact them (after 5.0 PM in the evening, not sure abt timings in the morning)

A couple of indoor Badminton courts are available inside Jayabheri County's cluhouse (Near Google Office/Next to Ghanshyam Supermarket). Even outsider's are allowed if they take membership. You can try there
