Bae will definitely want to win in two sets with a good score so as to help her teammate Sung JY qualify.

Wisely, Saina is not attacking fiercely now but biding her time.

I think even if all the 3 girls are with 2 wins and also winning it in 2 straight games, I think saina has an edge over sung ji hyun. Because she has beaten sung ji hyun that will put her in front.

Bae was already so late to the shot and still got it back with interest, amazing.

Saina needs 5 more points to go through, even if she loses in straight games.

Bae is a different player in G2 and that is helping Saina through to the next round.

Not sure why SN thought she could just power smash her way into winning Game 1. That was a poor strategy and lesson learnt for her I suppose.

SN wins Game 2 21-7 winning 15 of last 16 points and is through for all practical purposes.

I think the third set is academic now as both Bae and Saina are through to the semifinals, just playing for pride.

And, oh common, Bae is playing much worse than she did in the first, conversely.

It's okay. Sometimes bias is very obvious, while sometimes it's "passively aggressively" obvious. And we all know which one is more annoying hehe.

It's going to be a war of attrition in the 3rd? What for?

One should always play their best in sports, no matter what the circumstances. Once anyone stops doing that, they are no longer professional.
