Agreed. The RRPs are going up a bit too much now. Looking at the price of the JS10 from Eric I think I nearly shat myself tbh. Even calculating in the costs direct ordered I find it very hard pressed to justify getting one at all.

That's mostly due to the recent currency exchange fluctuation where the USD is up against almost everything else... :(

I know..but it was so bad...it's still more costly than the TK9000..
Same specs as the TK8000 with an RRI of 5 and same warrantied tensions as majority of the high end JS line. Comes in 3 and 4U.

Does anybody know when the JS Ahmad and Natsir will be released? Heard nearly a half year about it, but no shop sells them. Is there any official release date? Something like Q2 isn't really helpful. Does it come to Europe?

Not much you can do about the price. It costs the same as a JS10..

Eric sells the JS10 @ 189,95 USD. A high, but for me a acceptable price. The JS Ahmad which I found is offered @ 225 USD. It's IMO daylight robbery. Any other sources? I haven't found it in Eric's store.

You could try SOSA. But they only deal with wire transfers.

Oh really? I thought it was a more flexible version of the TK6000.

Victor specs is always so confusing. If you really compare the specs, while TK5000 and TK8000 looks like having the same specs (4/5 for HH, 3/5 for stiffness), but the RRI pix shows a difference. TK5000 RRI is 3/5 while TK8000 RRI is 4/5 or thereabout which would mean, TK8000 should be stiffer.....a more similar specs with TK5000 is actually the MX60 which looks almost identical in all aspects of the specs comparison.

    Just refer to the RRI.

I wouldn't consider the BP and stiffness specs in the cone now. :)

TK5000 and MX60 might share the same specs (in general). but the frame design is totally different.

Couldnt b bothered with the HH n Stiffness specs on the cone. They r, at best, quite misleading.

Just assess thru the RRI within the same series. To compare Victor rackets across diff series, one would nd to test them out in courts or obtain opinions frm those who use them.

I was simply asking him to do it himself since all the specs I quoted directly from the catalogue were in doubt. Including RRI.

My guess is that LYD will continue using BS12 and I can understand why. JS10 feels completely different and has the potential to be a great racket.

I just tested JS9. My version is 5U. It's a nice racket but is lacking any power. I think 3U will be far superior. I'm a bit disappointed.

I agree. I do find it confusing. So how does the TK5000 compare to the TK6000 then? More flexible?

Tried swinging a friend's TK-5ooo in 3u last night. Comparing it with my own TK-6ooo in high 4u, could feel TK-5ooo to b less stiff by half a notch, at least. Its also more towards even BP with slight head-heaviness.

    Hope this helps...
