Sure. I haven't got any tennis rackets at the moment, though.

Anyone that likes a hard string at 32 is never going to like the zymax fire range. Each to their own but it's not for me.

I don't know... most good feeling repulsive strings like BG66UM and VS850 lose the crispness and feel even sooner than that... to me after 10 hrs or so...

So, does the Fire Range feels really soft? I aim to demo the Fire range at around 30lbs, so now I'm a bit afraid.

I play with BG80, NS880zti or VS850 at 30lb on my TK9000. I shudder to think what tension I'd have to use to get ZMF to respond as quickly as those 3 strings.

Try 66F at 31 lb, you'll be pleasantly surprised... or not...

I have used all 3 of the strings you listed here. If you use 30lb (assuming 29x32), i suggest:

    62ZM F - 28x30.5
    66ZM FP - 29x32

I strung my 66ZM F at 27.5x30 and it performs very well. With the 8 strings you listed above, I usually string those at 27x29.5

Just restrung 2nd time with the latest strings. Presently, the awful formaldehyde smell is back. In all honesty, the first time my rackets were strung, they dont smell a bit... weird
    { ○.○}

Somehow, this 2nd round, even though the smell is back, its somehow masked by another layer of a more pleasant nature. Its almost as if Ashaway is trying to cover up the smell...

Yes, it can lead to myeloid leukemia and nasal cancers in high exposures like with embalmers at funeral homes, and anatomists who teach anatomy using preserved cadavers.

This small short exposure is nothing, compared to what's already in our carpets, hardwood floors etc...

So I've been using a stiffer racquet, and going back to tpk with 66@25lb it felt soft. What the heck! Last week I had to put it back in my bag for being too tight. Must get a frequency reading (Then do something silly like 28x30)

Going to try 69 (my reference is ZM67) soon (tomorrow, probably), at the same tension. I can't wait to post results!

For 2nd round of test, raise the tension of ZM62F by one pound to 26/28 lbs.

Think I oversold me self on this one... could not utilise the string well. It just won't perform as well as at 25/27 lbs, where everything was fine, to begin with.

Coming frm ZM65 @27/29 lbs, thought I could handle the thinner string. Guess not, 2 lbs difference is really needed to compensate for the two gauges...

Only if it's the day to the non-Power's night.

And I mean rock, rock hard.
