    Interesting that you used the word "Congo".
    Does it mean "congratulations" and how did this word come about?
    Is it a common term in India invented by youngsters?

    Indians specially youngsters are very much into neo English shortcuts specially after seeing a lit of sitcoms . Its a trend which is high in India.

    This is exactly my point. Remember that he just retired from the semi-finals match less than five days ago. If he was not desperate for some ranking points, he would not even show up at MO to risk further injuries against an opponent like LD.

    Again, this is not a criticism on TS. He is doing his best in this special Olympic Games period. Although points here don't count towards Olympics qualification, they may affect seeding for future Olympics qualification eligible tournaments.
