What will the private doctor say on 11 April in Amsterdam?

    A. I never told LCW about dexa. I just administer it, believing dexa would be out of his system in 6 weeks.
    B. I told LCW of the risk of dexa, and it would be out of his system in 6 weeks. No need to worry.
    C. I told LCW of the risk of dexa, and it might or might not clear his system in 6 weeks, but it's unlikely. But it's worth the risk.
    D. I told LCW of the risk of dexa, and it might not clear in 6 weeks; so use at your own risk!!!
    E. I told BAM/NSI about everything and they just tell me to administer it.

B, C, D, E are quite unlikely imho, because LCW already denied knowingly using dexa. And if the MD or LCW had any suspicion that there's dexa in the treatment, they would've wanted to do a dexa screen at various stages of the treatment just to be safe. No one in their right mind would blindly take this risk, when screening tests are easily available.

So, my thinking is LCW doesn't know at all about the dexa, and the MD may or may not have known. If he had known, then he's the one who took the risk of not properly informing LCW and not screening for it.

And one theory I've been mentioning a few times already, the MD knew about the dexa but didn't know it was in the slow release microsphere form, which would stay in the body longer. And so the MD didn't bother screening for it.

This is what I think he'll say. But anyways, the poor doctor is in deep doo doo either way...

    - isn't it a professional misconduct for a doctor to participate in doping with an athlete?
    - can the doctor get away scott free by saying that dexa is just an ordinary anti-inflammation drug which is allowed out-of-competition, i have done no wrong?

I am confused. I thought the reason he perform the slow release procedure is because he wanted to administer dexa?

Dexa is not the same as testosterone equivalents. It's used in asthma, anaphylaxis, inflammatory arthritis, etc.

    Yes, maybe...

Just guessing, but perhaps he wasn't aware the dexa in the stem cell treatment was in slow release form.

If he really was aware, then he's neglectful for not screening for it to make sure it clears from LCW's system.

That looks like to be a popular decision if so.

Yet when LD was given a wild card previously, LCW opposed very strongly to the wild card.... don't know how he will react this time if so...

That would be 4am to 12pm local time. Assuming the hearing will be taking place in the morning ;)
Funny how the media knows the time of the hearing, but are kept hidden of the location of the hearing. Maybe they know the location of the hearing but are not permitted to disclose the location to the public yet.

Isn't discussion of a wild card purely academic? Chong Wei Feng might pass Lee Chong Wei by winning the Asian Championships but that is basically the only scenario in which Lee won't be the top ranked Malaysian in MS on May 1st, even without his Singapore Open points. In other words, he won't need a wild card.

The decision will certainly come long before the end of the month so BAM will know whether they can send him or not. Even a 6 or 8-month ban won't affect the points that will qualify him for the Worlds at the end of this month. That's the only ranking that matters.

    Am I missing something?

I think I need to clarify this issue as it will tarnish the image of the player. Actually to put it nicely LCW never take any performance enhancing steroids. Not at all. Lets wait for the results of the hearing and lets not jump into conclusion so fast before the hearing takes place.
