    Its not "discussing" my friend but not obeying or admitting . And that even applies in US of A . I can bet anything on it . You can search "contempt of court" .

Somebody is being delusional and even trying to mislead the administrator and moderator to intervene improperly, deny freedom of expression and choose sides in a debate as well forbid opposing views from being heard disregarding any merits they might have within the boundaries of a healthy, robust, constructive, and reasonable discourse.

    but maybe not use the capsule defense, as i think capsule uses are overly.. erm... abused in prisons.

    Of course it should be okay to question things like this.

    There are still countries where the king can do no wrong or at least can get away with anything without any punishment. For example I read that the king of Sweden can murder whoever he wants in his own country and he will not get punished:eek::cool:
