The finish line of AUS SS will kick off tomorrow, starting 01.00pm local time => http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...7622D8-C646-4BEE-8754-9A933DBA0736&d=20150531

Mighty China has representatives in all five categories with WD title is secured and most likely to add more victory. HKG XD and Danish young star will eye their maiden SS title also two China WD pairs as well.

XD, Liu Cheng/Bao Yixin (CHN) v Reginald Lee Chun Hei/Chau Hoi Wah (HKG)
    H-2-H stats : 3-0
The Chinese rising pair is favoured to top podium but Lee/Chau may spoil the party as they did to beat more favourite opponent, Jordan/Susanto, Fischer/Pedersen and Ahmad/Natsir en route to the final. Looking at the scoreline of all their three previous meetings, it'll be close match tomorrow. First final in SS tournament for the HKG pair while Liu/Bao had collected 1 SS title in India last March.

WD, Tang Jinhua/Tian Qing (CHN) v Ma Jin/Tang Yuanting (CHN)
    H-2-H : 0-0
China is unstoppable to produce new WD combinations, they have same high quality, no wonder WD title almost certain goes to China in most of major tournaments including Super Series event. Ma/Tang is more compact than Tang/Tian but the latter particularly Tian Qing has vast experience double specialist as she is the Olympic and World Champion also defending champion partnered with Zhao Yunlei.

MS, Chen Long (CHN) v Viktor Axelsen (DEN)
    H-2-H : 3-0
Viktor Axelsen is playing his best badminton along this week to eliminate two elite shuttlers, world #2 and Olympic Champion, Lin Dan (R/32) also his fancied senior world #3 Jan O Jorgensen (semifinal) and it would be a happy ending for him if he could clear last hurdle tomorrow, the world #1 Chen Long who only troubled by qualifier Gurusaidutt (R/32) as he sailed comfortably to finale. It's gonna be interesting to watch the battle of tall players.

WS, Carolina Marin (ESP) v Wang Shixian (CHN)
    H-2-H : 1-2
A tough task for Wang SX to win over the confident and on fire World Champion Carolina Marin. This 21 years old Spaniard has good start in this year and she's showing the consistency as her world rank leaped to top three. For Wang SX, it's time to prove that she's still capable to beat top rank WS. Last time, she advanced to final in SS level was French Open last November.

MD, Lee Yong Dae/Yoo Yeon Seong (KOR) v Liu Cheng/Lu Kai (CHN)
    H-2-H : 0-0
A convincing performance, all straight-sets winning at previous rounds by the world #1, Lee YD/Yoo YS is predicted to defend their title against China surprising pair Liu C/Lu K who dumped recent world champion Ko SH/Shin BC (quarterfinal) and 7th seed Liu XL/Qiu ZH (semifinal). Will the new China partnership shock the clear favourite Korean pair?

For a change it'll be good if the following wins:

    MS: DEN
    WS: SPA
    MD: KOR
    XD: HKG

    Viktor, I'm behind you!

Victor is a runner up man. So, your prediction may go wrong Uncle Loh.:D

Still he is a nervous man when it comes to finals.

Liu Cheng doing double duty in XD and MD. Luckily his opponents are not CHN otherwise it would be unfair to his partners.

Excellent writing as always, CLELY. :) Wow, CHN could sweep all medals but also could end bagging one title only. Lets see if the rest of the world can stop CHN to do clean sweep.

Liu Cheng is the big man today, with the big potential to make a breakthrough...triggering even more envies to the many little minds.

Fingers crossed, today's outcomes may put some great marks on his still long journeys!

I must say, Gill is treating HK pair as if they were a nation. Doesn't she read the name, "Hong Kong China"

Really, Gill Clark must be taught some geography. It feels weird for me to hear her saying Bao/Cheng as Chinese pair, for both are Chinese pair.

Liu don't have that speed. or maybe Lee is just expending too much energy.

Bao is solid, very few mistakes but yet not many decisive shots from her.
