    Not sure but GC said he will be fined. Poor fellow. He is one of the well behaved player on the circuit, unlike his opponent today. I kind of support him.

    Lin Dan is clearly the better player today, that so-called "affected his (Tommy's) final point (at 17-20 down)" is unlikely to change anything, there can only be one outcome; to expect otherwise is, pardon me for saying, wishful thinking.

    The organizers could have scheduled Akane vs Nozomi as the first match but both ZN,ZYL and CP doing double duty, hence the above.

    when a player (or two) has to do double duty, usually XD is first and MD is last. You wouldn't schedule WD last because it would be embarrassing when half the arena do not stay for the last match! :crying:

    Agree with you but why the crying icon? Further eleborate ( to borrow a term from my cyber badminton partner) Hehe.

    If ZN and ZYL win both men double and women double as well the mix double, they will win three out of five gold medals in one tournament. Has this happened before in badminton history?
