    Something wrong at court 3? The match has stopped more than 30 minutes already. I smell something fishy.

    QUARTERFINALS (12.00pm local time, 2 courts) => https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/matches.aspx?id=E65D6F33-A17F-461A-BAB0-2048BE7147A3

    We'll see some MS intriguing ties, 2013 Asian Junior Champion Soo TZ v Danish youngster Holst who appeared at last year Thomas Cup as substitute player, Indian Gurusaidutt will face Raul Must, this Estonian player showed positive outcome at Russian Open GP last July. Defending champion Jayaram has Malaysian hurdle Zainuddin and one remaining quarterfinal clash in this category will pit Persson against Goh SH.

    Two European promising talents, Kjaersfeldt and Gilmour are expected to continue their run here also German leading lady Schnaase. Close contest may happen between two Asian WS, Hsu YC v Jindapon, the latter is trying to regain her best form as she performed last year.

    MD frontrunner, Koo KK/Tan BH will meet pretty tough test, Thailand Issara/Puangpuapech. The Malaysian duo was forced to play extra game yesterday by lesser-known French pair. Second seed Attri/Reddy also dropped one game against local pair and has GER rival, Schwenger/Zurwonne to eye semifinal spot. English pair Ellis/Mills looks good to book last four spot after defeated their opponents comfortably at previous round. German double specialist Michael Fuchs with his MD partner Schoettler will get Taiwanese Lee JH/Lee Y.

    Home favourite Muskens/Piek and Stoeva sisters are highly favoured to pass this stage. Another strong candidate to check into semifinal, Goliszewski/Nelte. INA independent pair Bernadeth/Lejarsari will up against Olver/Smith, this English combo had stunned one of Japanese elite WD Kakiiwa/Maeda at INA Premier last June.

    Tough challenge for top-seed Fuchs/Michels who will meet the comeback Polish pair Mateusiak/Zieba. Local star Arends/Piek had good start at two earlier rounds and predicted to maintain their momentum here against the Canadian XD. Thai #1 Sudket/Saralee has quite familiar foe, Singaporean Chrisnanta/Vanessa Neo and 4th seed French pair Labar/Lefel has tricky SCO-INA partnership Blair/Bernadeth for a place in semifinal.

    My prediction is different here. I predicted that Malaysia MS will win the gold, silvers and bronze medal. I also predicted that Malaysia MD will win the gold medal. Lets see whose prediction is correct.

    Okay congratulations to Ajay jayaram for winning the match finally. Wow what a tough fight. What an exciting match. Islander knew that it will be very difficult for him to win the match but he never gave up. He continued fighting till the end and thus we get to see an exciting match. I believe iskandar has a bright future. Looking at the way he plays, I can conclude that he really has improved a lot. Congratulations.
