Meanwhile, TYT/YY narrowly won G1, 2-20, lost G2, 17-21, before taking the match with G3, 21-16. I don't think the CHN WD coaches would be pleased with that.

Chen Long simply got to learn to handle the pressure of the burden of expectation better. How often do we see Lin Dan choked when playing LCW ? For badminton , or any sport for that matter, at the highest level, mental toughness is vital , for little separates the very best, the archrivals.

Congrats LCW. I thought he is going to lose with the way he played in the 1st game. If only LCW is able to let himself to play freely & does not put pressure on himself especially in Major tournaments, then he is capable to bring his best game. LCW worst enemy is actually himself. Hopefully he can overcome this & prepare for Rio next year . :)

All 4 WD QF went into rubber.

It's becoming harder to predict the outcome winners.

Red hot TYT and YY are still the one to beat, after beating equally red hot CYN/LSH

It seems the 8-month rest for LCW has produced some good.

Once again congratulations to Lee Yong Dae / Yoo Yoon Seong for winning their match convincingly in straight sets.
