Ya, it is. I had the Vt70 for quite some time, it's in the upper medium region, the 900T is quite stiff. The Vt80 is similar, but I havent had much time with one though so I cant really rate how they compare to each other exactly...
I felt like the AT900T is stiffer then the VT70, and just about the same as the VT80 or just a little stiffer, during play. Feels about the same if I bend it in my hands. I've owned all three at the same time for a number of months.
VT80 is more head-heavy so it bends more when you swing. I like the AT900T way more than VT80, especially for doubles. It is easier to generate power out of VT80 but somehow I can't feel the sharpness to precisely control where the shuttle goes, more obviously during fast rallies. So far I have not found anything from Yonex line up to replace AT900T.
Now @disember2014 Sunrise Malaysia make a year end sale.. many high end just at half price...it makes me trembling
How many do you play with regularly? I've seen many players with lots of rackets in their bags, but they usually play with 2 or 3 only. So instead of buying several mid-range rackets, I've decided to only buy a few high-end rackets. I'd like to buy all the Z-series rackets from Yonex just to have a collection of Z's. Voltric ZForce - it'll be delivered today ArcSaber ZSlash - I have my friend's ZSlash with me right now which I'll try tomorrow NanoRay ZSpeed - except for the bad reviews
I bought a new racket as I was suffering from shoulder problems with using an even balance racket. Have switched to the NanoRay700FX and within a week my shoulder problems have subsided, and my smash is back to it's old level Also the 700FX is superfast in defence. I played my first match with it the other day, and was returning defensive shots that I would never have got to in the past.
Becos I m being zombielized by the marketing talk That THIS has good, gooder, goodest technology THAN the PREVIOUS model That THIS has better, betterer, betterest swing speed THAN the PREVIOUS model That THIS has best, bester, bestest power THAN the PREVIOUS model And it COSTS more So it MUST be the Greatest
I just enjoy buying new things from time to time. I currently have 4 rackets. Play with two a lot, two I use sometimes. Tk90003u singles or mixed doubles. Jetspeed 10 4u, new purchase, awesome racket. Yonex Voltric 80 4u Yonex nanoray7003u. I use the Yonex rackets occasionally. Really starting to like the Victor brand more though. Hypernano 800 next.
After trying many rackets, I find that my doubles game is much improved with the use of an even balance racket, rather than a head-heavy. So, I am thinking of trading/selling my ZForce rackets for ArcSaber 11.
All they do just advertised and you believe new racket new technology will improve your game no way. Look at all the pro players just change sponsor they still play the same game like before.
