    You need different kind of fitness, strength and endurance to run a marathon, or to run 100 metres or to play badminton. People do strength training in badminton not only to hit smashes but also to be able to cover the court faster.
    This of course is too much for you.
    Go figure why Usain Bolt needs strong biceps.

    A string of consecutive points to Son, he still has it in him but it's a lil too late I guess. Really like his counterattack play style, the one that brought him all the way to the top of the podium in the HK open '14.
