You it's easy if one mishits a lot I agree completely, it desperately shortens the shuttles' life span, but taking a fresh shuttle, a single hit should not destroy it. Unless you manage to hit a vulnerable part with the frame, but that's not a clean hit for me.....and can actually destroy your racket (especially Braveswords) if you're really unlucky
I never said that I would consider a mishit a clean hit. I agree with what you're saying now. I'm just saying you shouldn't have gotten so offended by the other guy suggesting it was the cause. Anyway... Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
I think we're talking back and forth about nothing maybe I overreacted a bit, but I was specifically talking about breaking them in one clean hit in my original post, and the immediate suggestion that it was technique-related somehow triggered me It is remotely possible that my horrible tournament experience yesterday influenced me somewhat (waited 6 hours for my 1st match, then had 2 **** matches and altogether spent over 10 hours on having that much 'fun' ) Anyhow. I agree theres too little activity in the video thread. Post some stuff there, people!
Lol. I think so too. And understandable. That's a pretty awful feeling. And yes. We need to post in more popular threads to increase the popularity of that one! Everybody go over there! Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
Anybody who was/is part of this discussion - please understand that at no point did I intend to insult, intimidate or bully you! If it came across that way, please accept my apology. I may have let the frustration of the bad tournament influence me - which the shuttles definitely were part of. If you want to see us destroy 5 in a match (or was it 6?), head over to the video thread http://badmintoncentral.com/forums/...-yourself-playing.68773/page-123#post-2457172
I'm a big, mean bully indeed. Just look at me. Who could possibly look more intimidating than me with my glorious 81kg.... Well, at least my arms are marginally bigger than Chen Long's. It's not much....but it's something
Measured my 3U JS10 and got the following results: Weight: 93g Balance: 315mm Please note that this is measure with string and the original grip, no plastic cover I'm very surprised by the balance, could JS10 owners please post yours so I could compare? Many thanks
I see there's a new Victor racket surfaced at the Indonesian Open. Tai Tzu Ying has a new racket or the same racket in a new colour, not sure which. I've also seen another racket, possibly the same again with anothr player. Anyone have any clues? Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
I'd buy it xD The marketing would be hard to justify though. Bought my TK-7000S one year ago and still love to play with it. Anyone has a clue why it's not that popular? The raw stats appear to be comparable to a lot of very popular rackets on the market.
It wasn't really marketed as a top of the line racquet. Priced slightly below the top range. Which should make it sell better, but doesn't work that way for some reason. Lol Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
I think the problem we had in Europe was that it just didn't work well enough as a racket. i think a 3U version may have been better. I don't think it's a 7000. I'm sure I've seen another player from Indonesian Open using one. Sadly i can't find the picture. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
Hi guys, sorry if i posted to wrong section, i also post it on "identify fake racket" section tho. I just bought 2nd handed BS12 OC from badminton forum in my country yesterday. Everything seems legit, graved serial code, graved racket info, hologram sticker and legit cap. When i received the racket, i realized its different from my BS12N, the silver paint pattern, at first i thought because they're different model, then i did a little bit research on google and didn't find any picture with that pattern. Is it legit?
Victor's Olympic gear (from Victor global site): Don't bother trying to order it yet - I'm told the window for Europe was open for ONE DAY in late Feb.
