Gvs/twk has been playing well since the Olympics. It seems like they moved up a level in their play after the Olympics.

Even Steen is saying that Goh/Tan might be the best pair in the world right now.

Two behind the back shot in a rally. What a skill.

I think he could be right. Looking at their current level of play, and the remaining md pairs on the scene (after the retirement/disbandment of top pairs), they cld currently be the top pair n the world now

Great defence from the MAS pair and fast-furious attack from Japanese pair.

Chen Long is still a contender for Tokyo 2020 (if he still up for a second Oly gold), if they don't get stuck we should be seeing more or less of Shi Yuqi, Qiao Bin or Xue Song. MD if they could find someone for Zhang Nan, he could still be going for his third Oly gold in Tokyo 2020 and Li/Liu should be better next year. Thier junior pair who won the MD junior chmapionship is future beast too.

Goh/Tan finally won their second ever Superseries title. What a insane defence by Goh V Shem with his trickshots. Congrat to both of them.
