Mulyo was rejected by PBSI but welcomed by India. Now already helped Indian MS, first the all Indian final in Singapore Open SSP (Praneeth and Srikanth ). Now two of his boys (Prannoy, Srikanth) into the semis in INA Open. Rexy kicked out by PBSI now helping the Thais, recently secured bronze medal at Sudirman Cup and insipired his player to break Tai Tzu Ying's winning streak.
Who rejected who? Mulyo is Taufik's exclusive professiobal coach. I don't think.Mulyo.ever asked to join the coaching staff after Taufik retired. Mulyo worked at Taufik's Arena. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Sure thing. His contract will last until August 2020 (Tokyo Olympics 2020). He's handling training facility in Hyderabad with 27 players total under him. He mentioned the heat in India surpassing Indonesia as he experienced a 42 degrees day. He's provided an apartment 400 meters from training facility and is provided comprehensive full fledged facility by SAI. India has a lot of young potentials in their juniors. He's still having good relation with Taufik mentioning now is different from past, they are coach and player in the past but Taufik is now official in the Sport Ministry and he's a coach for India. He went through a long process to apply to PBSI but in the end it was turned down. His family currently lives in Solo, Central Java and already planned to ask his family to come and visit to see if they want to stay in India. Asked about his involvement in coaching, he said his focus is with single division in Hyderabad and will do his best for India badminton. In Indonesia usually married players will live with their family and non married players live in the dorm, while his players in India for player who is from Hyderabad will go home to their families while players from outside of Hyderabad will stay at the dorm (so in Indonesia mostly based on marriage status while in India it's more of their domicile or residence). He mentioned that there's not much difference between Indonesian and Indian players but it might be how they think (their mindset) and how to inspire and motivate their spirit that is very important.
I don't how far is his involvement in "politics" but he's currently a staff of Menpora (Kementerian dan Olahraga) and also in the PBSI board.
Now that's some poor substitution. After all the talks about TTY's decision, this happens. Are SEA games important for the Indonesia? I mean, how tight is competition ? or how much weight does a SEA game gold medal carry, if it's included in your tally?
Very likely because they're the defending champions for XD at SEA games. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk
Sure it's important, I mean a SEA games gold medal will be much appreciated. The competition though is not so much in XD, maybe just Malaysian Tan/Lai or Thailand Dechapol/Sapsiree will be a thread to us and I don't even know if they will be competing in SEA games. Maybe it's partly because we don't have a strong backup XD for now and with target of three golds for badminton, securing one from XD is a must. Don't know much about the "weight" thing. #Tapatalk
The info about Praveen Jordan got injury was HOAX and it's been confronted by INA Badminton Association through their social media. And NO. Praveen/Debby will not playing in SEA Games. Praveen/Debby stay firm in their World Championship Training Camp in Kudus Regency, Central Java. I wonder if those 2 pairs could give their best effort to overtake the higher seeded pair especially THA pairs BUT sometime the surprising result happen just in time. In fact INA still have another 2 XD pairs that didn't participate in SEA Games and either in WC. This 2 pairs will be on long term preparation towards 2018 Asian Games and 2020 Olympics. These special pairs are Alfian/Melati & Ronald/Annisa (they changed original partner). Ronald/Annisa have just won their title as a new pair in New Zealand GPG last week. While Alfian in his injury recovery period right now.
