    remember MAS have this kind of situation exactly in World Championships in year 1999 edition, also held at Glasgow, where al the MAS representatives were lost before round 16...
    thus in research, Glasgow is very unlucky venue for MAS players to participate any tournaments there...

    If I recall correctly, the World Championships were in Glasgow in 1997 and Cheah Soon Kit/Yap Kim Hock were in the final.

    So Lee Chong Wei and Shi Yuqi fell out of my Singles draw prediction and I see one more upset in the quarters.

    PV Sindhu, Carolina and Okuhara are still hanging and so do Indonesians and Chinese in mixed doubles :)
    For men's doubles, I think Boe/Mogensen and Gideon/Sukamuljo still have better chance to win. Upper draw has some uncertainty.
