How is a good thing to scream into every shot in a rally, constantly boo you're favourite's opponent, or yell stuff like "go home Denmark"?
Badminton is played in small indoor arenas, where this stuff is actually very distracting.
It is nothing but intentionally trying to unsettle players who've worked every day for years to be in a position to compete for those tournaments. That people actually go to tournaments and think they're entitled to influence games with this behaviour is a sign of pathetic character. You can support your own players and your own team without being a disrespectful xxx to the opponent.

And to top that off, when a player actually reacts and show "ears", they whine about it. If you can dish it out all game, at least be able to take it for a few moments afterwards. Whiny b......, the lot of them.

There must be a reason to say GH Denmark GH. if i remembered its the Tip thing. thats disrespectful toward opponent. arrogance.

My own opinion is BoeMogense too arrogant, thats why all these things happen. If you ask me ten no party is right, all are wrong. whether the fans or boe.

But i dont see anything here. Should just accept the victory why still taunt the fans to make them more hate you? the taunt must have started in SG. dont you see mogensen always stare.

although he gave a racket afters, not sure to which section of fans lol.

If at that time, the fans shout Go Home Boe Go Home, i will also support it . just not Denmark.

But without the sparks, maybe this will just a boring match. all parties helped make this match like an arch-rival kind of match when in fact these are just battles from different generations haha.

With all respect, your claims towards DK players is far to much
And they way of generalizing people or players from Europe is just extremely disrespectful.

After today's win, I must salute BoMo....they're are not spring chickens anymore, yet they're able to evolve with the times and stay competitive...... from smash-o-holic (jjs/lyd) to flat game (ahsan/setiawan) to fast n furious (sanjaya/gideon) .......great md...

The second time in a row Bo/Mo beat the INA rising stars, Gideon/Sukamuljo.

To me, Bo/Mo's antics are nothing contemptible but borderline irritating at times, including playing to the gallery, getting the crowd involved for support or to tease, even taunt, them. Their opponents don't have to let them get on your nerves unless they let them.It doesn't bother me much, I don't approve of it nor do I particularly dislike it either; it's just them, and anytime they crossed the line, the umpire is there to take them in hand, warnings, yellow cards, even red cards, if called for.

In tennis, John McEnroe got away with much more - true, he was fined a number of times - and until today he still has a loyal following (though I admit, he's not my type). I mean, we can give and take, live and let live. Sometimes , and it takes two hands to clap, not only the opponents but sometimes it's the crowd or some of the vociferous spectators who provoke a reaction.

I say, like it or not, Bo/Mo is now the Evergreen of MD.

Apparently that is now what most people in here see. But then again I see your location and I can understand your point of view ;)

Location doesn't matter. Both INA/DEN pair did mock each other before. It doesn't make sense that Boe's the worse somehow when INA has been doing it since they step into the circuit.

Not relevant at all. Ethics still exists even if you are WR1000.

not sure what does it have to do with my location.. :D i'm a firm believer that you don't need to be an a55h0l3 to be a champion. unfortunately, a lot of players nowadays seems to have the win at all cost mentality... unlike yesteryears with classy gentlemen like Yang Yang, Morten Frost, Rudy Hartono..

    I agree with you.
In my dictionary, not acknowledging that shuttle touched your body is, borrowing your term, to have the win at all cost mentality, because it happened and the umpire saw it but you keep denying it.
On the other hand, doing flick serves, provoking your opponent or spectators, are not. Feel free to have different opinions. Just my 2 cents.
