Well, Victor has been losing its edge over the past couple of years, and it's really hard to tell if this falcon can sky rocket or just flop on its face. That head frame and shape are kinda weird, but I really have to try it and see what it's like.

As for that re-release mx80, I heard it's nothing like the classic one.

Personally, I feel like Victor peaked with the JS10, JS12 (ignore the sinking holes...) and TK9900. Since then, it seems like all they do is creating ugliest possible color schemes (for rackets, kits & shoes...), pseudo re-issuing classics and releasing endless mid-range rackets (but high-end priced) to a point where it's almost impossible to keep track. If you ask me, they have completely run out of really new ideas and concepts...

I would include the HX900, but they definitely need a new series - the Thrusters have got to go, they were never exploted the way the Voltrics were.

Money is on some type of cushion wrap. Maybe she ran out and needed it and victor couldn't supply it in time. Can't be that super hard to find it no?

The TK range has some amazing rackets. Just nobody seems to be interested in them, strangely.

Finally got a chance to look at the TKF and it has it's own design racquet sleeve.
Surprised to find out it also comes in 3U since they mentioned it only came in 4U/5U at the press release event.
First batch arrivals were only 3U/4U, not sure when 5U will come in...

IMO the K9900 is a massive leap forward for them... still, few takers.
I'm certain the Thrusters don't sell because they haven't got a singles player who can shift them.

I like the Thrusters! But then again, I like head-heavy 4U rackets.

But let's face it, people are sheep. The Jetspeeds are used by a huge chunk of sponsored doubles players, so people will buy those. It's rare to see a Pro use a Thruster, so nobody buys them. So as you suggest, Mark, if Victor were smart, they would've got Son Wan Ho to design and use a Thruster, but they're too dumb to figure basic Marketing 101 out.

It's at a point where most people can play okay with almost any racket, but very few of the buying public think objectively and with self-analysis about their physiology and playing style, and make choices based on that.

Here are my first impressions of the racket after hitting with a 3U version for a few sessions. The racket is heavy in the hands but doesnt feel like your typical head heavy racket. I felt the weight mostly at the bottom half of the racket head near the T-joint. This might be due to the way the frame is constructed, using 3 different frame-shape types from top to bottom.(aero, oval, box) Even though the racket is heavy, I felt that backhand drives were quite easy and powerful due to the aero frame at the top of the racket. Racket is moderately stiff and is quite solid when clearing.

Coming from using the BS09N, this racket is definitely heavier. Even the 4U version is quite heavy. Overall I feel this racket is more suited for singles play, and will take some time to get used to but is definitely a great racket nonetheless.

Thanks for your first impression on the racquet! After my experience with my 3u tk9900, I'm definitely aiming at a 4u falcon. I usually use 3u racquets for doubles, but a 3u tk9900 was too much for me, and made me wish I've gotten the 4u version. I won't make that mistake with the falcon. Nonetheless, the tk9900 is a great racquet, but it's reserved for my singles games. However, with my n9ii being so good at both singles and doubles, I mostly use n9ii for my singles games also .

One thing I wanted to know is how the racquet feels during impact. Is it a hard metal feel, with the frame using pyrofil as well? I would love to hear more feedback on the racquet .

Yes it did. It was frame only and it was heavy and solid as hell. I thought I was swinging a baseball bat around. I'll probably get a 4U next week just for fun... Why am I giving victor money still though..

I understand Victor Europe will carry 4U Falcon with first delivery January 2018. Aside from that there has been no communication from Victor about new releases.
