After defeating Lakshya Sen in straight games, he said that he is going to play 3 more tournaments. In the last interview, he said 4.

Lakshya sen played really well. His time will come.

Oh I almost forgotten our come-back-kid Momota, who is now giving veteran Lee HI at hard time at the ongoing Macau Open semis.
And hopefully, a rejuvenated Long will be firing dragons again.

And of course, SK's teammates will try to emulate him.

Nobody will be left out . Media is the winner here. They achieve whatever they wanted.

I hope Srikanth is misquoted or misrepresented by the Indian newsmedia for domestic consumption, forgetting in the age of the Internet, nothing stays local or national for too long before it goes global.

If true, it won't be long before KS is forced to eat back his words as Lin Dan has already predicted the return to dominance for Chinese badminton in the foreseeable future. Let's wait and see.:)

Even Ng ka long admitted that Victor and srikanth are the two best players in the world and he said that he is eager to play them in Dubai.

Why bother to state the obvious ? It's for the future to tell, needless to say.

What I'm more interested to know is which CHN Player is scared of which IND player, if ever ?

This is an KS thread. No need to start an quarrel or insulting players from any country. He is the 5th best player in the world according to BWF.

Huh ? When and where did Tian Houwei say he's scared of IND players, show proof, cite your source, don't put words into his mouth ?

What's THW 's H2H with Srikanth, 6 - 2 in whose favour and with whom winning the first 5 encounters ? I don't supposed you know what you're talking about. You might want to check his H2H records against other IND players.

Don't worry, it's either Lin Dan or K Srikanth who will have to eat back his words ( not referring to their individual rivalry). Hold your horses, be patient, just wait and see next year and/or the year after. No need to speculate.

come on guys, this most likely due to misquote or the media trying to sensationalize the news.

Indian media does this all the time and are generally horrible in this regard. I don't mean that for just badminton either. It's gotten so bad that I have people quoting me this sort of crap during normal conversations all the time as if they were factual statements.

They are trying to take advantage of that average joe who isn't that fond of china since our relations with them aren't exactly amazing. I wish they'd stop as it leads to nothing more than pointless discussions when for all we know, players from each country could be the best of pals.

Unsure what was the rationale of your second or third paragraph. I mean, you already asked for the reference in the first paragraph (which was great), but then proceeded to write as if there was a valid reference (which had not yet been established).

According to his posts earlier, he is more of a lindan fan than any other players. Just my opinion after reading his posts in lindan thread.
