Well expected G1. Knew it all along. Its g2 where SN can pull out a strategy, improbable but she'll fight much better now
Unforgetable moment : 2014 Indonesia Masters Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Markis Kido as 'non national team' won against Kevin Sanjaya/Selvanus Geh in three setter 21-17, 20-22, 21-14.
a too-strong cross-court backhand clear from TTY .... she could have just give me some of those extra power ....
It's like TTY's game and physique was built for an Anti-Saina movement. SN's shot quality and accuracy is one of the best even from not stable angles, but it just disturbs her completely when she plays TTY. You can see she is trying new stuff and when it doesn't work there's an expression of helplessness and cluelessness on her face. She might just never defeat TTY ever, and she knows that, so does her mind, her body doesn't help either. Alas
Tai Tzu Ying is just a different talent altogether, equipped with one the most deceptive racket skill ever. This is her day and boy, did she just exhibit her talent.
Saina Nehwal never got going against her nemesis Tai Tzu Ying. Saina lost it mentally against a class player. Tai showed how extra pace and deception can rattle Saina.
how can the coaches not know Tontowi has weak smashes ... just look at that game .... ZSW only needs 1 or 2 smashes at most to kill .... TA needs like 3-4 smashes just to get 1 point ...
Perhaps after TA/LN’s recent losses to ZSW+Partner indo will finally realize that LN playing at 50% and expecting TA to pick up the slack isn’t going to work at their age. Time for LN to retire with dignity before it really gets ugly. It’s already painful to watch.
Liliana is a great player, but her imobility is severely hampering their performances. Was surprised nobody was taking advantage of this more last year. For them to beat their opponents, tontowi must be absolutely on fire. Not sure what the best action will be for them. Sent from my vivo V3Max using Tapatalk
