Huge gap is normal. Some stores sell it with the price list. Others with some 10-15% discount offerings.

These days I prefer JPX LTD and Prototype X1. You may try Prototype X1 as it will give you a better power than Technix 1.2

I have sold my Technix 1.2 because slightly lack of power and currently playing JPX LTD as my preferred racket.

However, You never go wrong with Technix 1.2. Its much better than ARC11

In previous thread u said u sell PX 1 :). Got tx 12 this noon. String with aero @ 27 lbs. Tested right away for 2 games. There was improvement on my backhand (from verypoor to poor backhand) . Struggle with smash and clearance. But great with drive. Original grip replace with volcanic toalson.

I did try to sell PX1 in the beginning but the buyer cancel so that I play more games with PX1 and get the best from it.

My preferred choice is JPX LTD, PX1 then TX12. Big punch still comes from LTD. TX12 wont disappoint you. It just for me, i need a bigger power to play against a better player.

Bought a JPX 8.3 last year n its still doing quite well, n while I love it overall, amazing control n net shots with my NBG99 at 26 lbs, I am not young anymore n was never quite powerful even at my best

I play mostly doubles, mostly forecourt, tho don't mind backcourt as well, n my game mostly focuses on delicate shots, quick reflex n net play

The problem occurs wn I'm forced to the backcourt esp my backhand doesn't come powerful at all, tho its as good as it can be, for my condition

I'm wondering if I need a more powerful bat, if so what would you recommend?

Prototype X1 has good repulsion power and the shaft also flex. I think it will suit your play style bro

Are there any racket similar to speedflex 7.0 by other brands? Can't find Mizuno rackets anywhere in the US

Semi hollow bottom part of the frame? Reminds me of zf2. Interesting.

Onigiris are from thruster series and are box type frames. The ltd and 8.5 are partly box and partly aero so i believe your swing will be faster

I have the 8.3 and i believe it is still a great racket. Try instead changing your string or tension. What string are you using?

Carbosonic series are similar to the bravesword but they are a tad thicker. Some of the older jpx models are really similar to the braveswords

    Good to hear bro @Leemarc

I also love LTD very much! :D
I own 2x JPX LTD and 2x Prototype X1 and LTD still perform better than PX1

I'm seeing a lot of Mizuno rackets these days. How do they compare to the top-end Yonex and Victor rackets?
