Fox, the last picture is Sudirman Cup when Lin Dan and co.won the throphy in 2005 Lin Dan is the lucky mascot, so funny He's the leader/captain for China glory in 2004-2012.
2008 TC semifinal, lost to his friend and archrival Lee Chong Wei. Just wondering whether Chen Long would be ready this time and fully recovered from his 2014 & 2016 disaster outing.
Somewhere over the rainbow... Can't get any better than this. They just should have gone for the strings as well.
Oh come one, it wasn't that bad.. strangely enough I kinda liked the rainbow design, especially in black. ZN (/LC) beat the minions in that black rainbow t-shirts. That match was so memorable. They also won the WC in those I think the worse was the pink/blue combination of TC 2016. And I wish the Indonesians could get a new design instead. The red & white in the AE was just.. let's say it reminds me too much of some traditional good chicken satay. Afterthought: maybe ZN/LC should consider wearing those rainbows to win more
it is not me who doesnt like the rainbow shirt In fact, I like it You should check with the others which doesn't like the pattern
Amazing record. Who did he lose to and when? Edit: Sorry, Only just saw CLELY wrote the answer in a post below.
Two possible lineups for Thomas Cup based on Opposition's main strength If Opponent has Killer Singles...(Denmark, India) 1)Chen Long 2)Zhang Nan/ Liu 3)Shi Yuqi 4)Li/Liu 5)Lin Dan If Opponent has Killer Doubles (Indonesia, Japan etc) 1) Chen Long 2) Zhang/ Liu 3) Lin Dan 4) Li/ Liu 5) Qiao Bin
I knew it was good but didn't realise it was was that impressive. Are the stats really correct? 40 matches is a large number.
This will be his 9th Thomas Cup and As MS 1 for over a decade, he had to play 6 Singles Match in each edition. Now, he didn't play 6 matches every time but it's close to 40 mark as 8 x 6 = 48.
They are really strong in doubles But Viktor Axelsen is by their biggest threat and that match will definitely go to 5th match. For that reason, we need Lin Dan as the 5th man.
I am really looking forward to Denmark-China The result is very unpredictable I predict the line up will be like this MS1 : Axelsen vs Chen Long MD1 : Boe/Mo vs Zhang/Liu MS2 : Antonsen vs Shi Yuqi MD2 : DuoMads vs Li/Liu MS3 : Jorgensen vs Lin Dan
