As soon as Mathias Christensen got over his nerves and was no longer clearly the worst player on court it was just a matter of time. I can't watch MS3... Iskandar is a huge yoyo and can be extremely frustrating or joyful to watch, a coin toss. Not taking my chances and just assume that Malaysia lost
Dont get fooled by his weirdly high arm position. He is hunched over, so it shouldn't be all that high - he's shorter than 1,90, I believe, so he should be able to serve roughly around the waist standing up straight. That last serve in G2 by Aaron Chai did indeed look high, which is why I commented as I did - he's really not very tall, so he has to serve extremely high (in relation to his body) to get above 1,15m. Still managed to do it though, with that raise of his left arm
Players with bad staring habit should be allowed to wear sunglasses to cover their eyes. How does that sound?
I mean, he also celebrate with fist pumping aiming towards his opponent. But Iskandar turns around to celebrate a point with his coaches. This is a regular habit for Jorgensen. But he gets away with it always.
The Uber Cup teams have to play tomorrow at 9am (now already 24.00 local time) and they dont know yet who they play against They should draw the tree already, and actually also prefers to only has 2 sessions instead of 3 tomorrow, so they can start at 1pm instead of 9am
Not really, he got warned a few times in the past when he did it too aggressively. But in this match I think it's really tolerable so far.
Jorgensen not as strong as before Right, what I called self-induced pressure and with almost everyone in the Chinese badminton community, not only CBA and the coaching team, clamouring like it's a national disgrace if they were to flop again and many of their netizens ever ready to castigate the players if they fail to live up to their expectations, how can the players not feel overburdened and stressed out, so much so that even the cheerful, happy-go-lucky Gao Fangjie looked so tense, overwrought, that she couldn't play her usual free-flowing attacking game.
