I am not a he. The only thing that will be proven here is whether CHN could deliver under pressure or not. No, because INA and CHN met in SF. What you can do against the draw..
@yuquall sorry 'elle' @shreyas666 We all here are aware of China's superiority over Japan with the exception of Momota. But we are weighing the chances of Japan. Doesn't that make it more interesting? Even Japan made an effort to make it more interesting as @Master said, tweaked strategy!
Don't overdo and being overconfident. That might cost the downfall of CHN! As it did in the Uber Cup against unfancied Thailand.
Again Thailand was a lot better overall all of three WS were better than Chinese ws. Chinese ws had no teeth.
I still see a 3:1 winning to China. Will need all planets to align together to get a chance to se Lin Dan playing today. Of course I do secretly hope for Japan to upset China.
I used to get live streaming from this link: http://videostream.dn.ua/videopage/videoPage.php?g=c2J2b2JoK2F0Y3ZsbmhZ&c=en&i=eWlhaXVidGd1bA№f№f ...but somehow the pictures are gone now and I have to resort to YouTube.
I think on paper, China is stronger than Japan but on the other hand China men's can crack under pressure and they are not so good at adapting against a different style of play. Not Liu Cheng. I think he can fold under pressure. Move him around, bring him to the front, make him lift, push him back... It will depend on him if he will get nervous or not.
Actually no, China is the favourite in that tie because of their individuals WorldRanking. the H2H is just used against the WR and not to say they will win or not win. Its same in every tournament. It still depends on the nerve and motivation on that day. One can say, if they have such a good WR why are they down H2H. or One can say, if a player is up H2H , why is he not much further in WR? I mean CTC record against JC&AG is pathetic too but why is he up there.
