You dont need motivation for 1million bucks prize money. and dont need to think too much too. Just fight and win the tour.
Anyone have Court 2 matches, at all? Jeez, what happened to badminton nowdays? Not even 5 matches of CHN Open avaliable on youtube.
Ina MD assistant coach has a successful outing in China open. Anyone has idea what happen to coach hery? Hasn't seen him since Japan open
That's your musing, makes for interesting reading, I'd like to hear from TTY herself. But one thing I agree with you,and GFJ too as she herself expressed, TTY was clearly out of form today, including last week's Japan Open loss to Chen Xiaoxin. Personally, I won't read too much into it. Like TTY herself said to a reporter who asked her about her defeat to CXX at the JPN Open:"... I am not the Invincible Transformer.I am Tai Tzu Ying." I believe she will be back, possibly sooner than we expected. By the way, I still think TTY is the best WS to take on Marin at the moment - we didn't get to see it here but I sure am looking forward to their next meeting in future. Maybe next month's DEN or French Open ?
Wow Ricky Kararandasuwardi performed miraculously well today... If only he was consistent. Other than consistently stupid. Oh, well.. congrats for going through to next round in both MD & XD anyway... Keep it up! vv
He would be lose, shaky all time by this young man. He has good potential but low self confidence, that's Shi YQ biggest problem.
Any female players here? Could it be a woman thing? I am sure it's uncomfortable to play when you are on your period? And definitely will affect performance.??
Your questions stumped me and I did a search on the topic. I suppose the relevant answer is here https://www.mobiefit.com/blog/period-talk-how-female-athletes-deal-with-that-time-of-the-month/ This part, esp: But the bigger question is how does one tackle periods regardless of them being bad or good for your performance? The answer is simple. Female athletes been using birth control pills to manipulate their periods for a long time now. But Petra says that this will not enhance your performance but will simply add more progesterone and estrogen to the mix. She advises that, one should not use this right before a marathon as it is known to decrease performance levels. She says that one should try it out before and in the lowest possible formulation levels. This is nothing new and will not affect your chances of conceiving even after you quit the pill. Your body will go back to baseline and resume its bodily functions. Athletes or not, women all over the world have been using the pill to monitor control over their menstrual cycle. When asked about the safety of these pills, Petra replies “Oh, absolutely. Been using them for decades!”
Well I was just throwing the idea out there. I guess it makes sense that they will Control it before tournaments. Had no idea they can do this
ROUND OF 16 (12.00pm, 4 courts) : https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/...F7CA6C-2774-46F8-8AB2-8D43429AE297&d=20180920 *Match Highlights : - Viktor Axelsen (DEN) v Anthony Sinisuka Ginting (INA) - Jonatan Christie (INA) v Angus Ng Ka Long (HKG) - Nozomi Okuhara (JPN) v Pornpawee Chochuwong (THA) - Sung Ji Hyun (KOR) v Chen Yufei (CHN) - He JT/Tan Q (CHN) v Alfian/Ardianto (INA) - Ong YS/Teo EY (MAS) v Li JH/Liu YC (CHN) - Chang YN/Jung KE (KOR) v Polii/Rahayu (INA) - Adcock/Adcock (ENG) v Puavaranukroh/Taerattanachai (THA) - Watanabe/Higashino (JPN) v Ahmad/Natsir (INA) MS last sixteen will looking forward to Axelsen-Ginting part two after last week the world number one outwitted Indonesian ace in Japan. Maybe Ginting will apply another strategy to reverse the result, interesting rematch. Title-holder Chen Long has old rival, Jan O Jorgensen as next hurdle to continue his title contention here. From bottom-half draw opening round, nothing big surprise occurs for seeding players. Kidambi Srikanth, Kento Momota, Ng Ka Long and Shi Yuqi safely through to second round. The latter had hard times to take crucial first game against Tommy Sugiarto. Tai Tzu Ying continues her losing streak to Chinese youngsters. After He Bingjiao beat AG champion in Nanjing then Chen Xiaoxin in Japan, followed by Gao Fangjie here. Her biggest enemy should be herself, being error-proned, inaccurate, can't control drift well in this windy stadium. Other top echelon WS falters, Ratchanok Intanon couldn't overcome Zhang Beiwen in long duration match despite had good start to nail first game convincingly, 21-9. Zhang will take on reigning WJC Gregoria Mariska Tunjung who beat local hopeful Chen Xiaoxin in thrilling match, 12-21 / 21-19 / 23-21. Indonesia rules men's doubles second round which concentrated in upper-half of draw, there're four pairs that spearheaded by the Minions. Three seeded pairs Inoue/Kaneko, Liu C/Zhang N and Denmark Conrad/Kolding down toPratama/Suwardi, Ahsan/Setiawan and Angriawan/Hardianto respectively. One more pair Alfian/Ardianto also secured last sixteen spot yesterday. Women's doubles top-contender Fukushima/Hirota almost sent packing by INA combination Awanda/Istarani, won narrowly 26-24 at deciding game. They should pass second round opponent, less experienced Chinese pair Dong WJ/Feng XY and most likely will meet world champion at quarterfinal. China senior-junior partnerships Lu K/Chen L draw attention when they seal the tie with maximum scoreline, sudden death 30-29 win narrowly over German pair Lamsfuss/Herttrich. Mixed doubles home favourites Zheng SW/Huang YQ maintain their fine form to defeat Chan PS/Goh LY, this time in two straight sets, 21-18 / 21-17.
