I think even Ms for Indonesia is a problem until recently. The only consistent performer is MD.

Not really, INA MS is on the right track. ASG has improved so much compare to last year. JC seems more stable than before, but it is not enough. I still think JC can reach the top ten. The most worrisome for INA is XD. This category will soon evolve from the dependable one to liability. INA fans will have to prepare to receive the news that INA XD fails to deliver the title until the XD pairs improve themselves.

Jia Yifan's wrist injury relapsed, Shi Yuqi carrying a new injury; both of them needed a break to fully treat their injuries or continue to be affected by it.

I guess ZYL has found the formula to stop JPN WD domination. By the way, what's her role in the coaching team? The head coach or just regular coach?

Hahaha, I already suspected she lacked the fitness/stamina to handle back-to-back tournaments. She was error-prone in G2 after a good win in G1, then in the decider she surged from 8-12 downto 14-12 up and then struggled to hold her slim lead until 19-17 before finally losing the deuce, 20-22. Obviously, accumulated fatigue and that surge in G3 took a toll on her.

After her scintillating performance last week, she can be forgiven.:p:D:) Like I suggested in her thread, it'd be good for her to improve her physique, fitness and stamina for better endurance when called for.

Besides, Pornpawee is an un-and-comer to watch out for, fit, fast and aggressive.

mayu/nagahara deserve to lose this match, when 15-15 set 3, they played as if they don't want to win this match, and their opponents were full of desire to win this match.

On ad hoc basis , like Sun Jun, not long-term contract. But if she can produce upbeat results, I believe CBA will rope her in full-time.

Both Shiho/Tanaka and Misaka/Ayaka won. Nice! Yuki/Sayaka will soon follow their path.

I think its the MD coach that needs a change. They know that ZN is playing 2 discipline yet they let the youngster rise. No one contributes more to Li/Liu ZN/LC demise than the coach. They play like they dont want to play and why so?

Even then Denmark players are calling for some kind of ban for last week debacle.

Let me clarify, I said MS has problem until recently meaning before ASG and JC came. Before them was only Tommy and Sony who is injury prone. Simon Santoso isn't exactly up there. Before that again is Taufik.. Compared to the glory days of arby, hendrawan, etc where Indonesia is consistently producing 2 - 3 top MS...
