Hi There probably a load of threads about this but I wanted to truly know if these are worth it? How accurate is it? How practical is it? are the features useful? Available in english? as I search over google, there isnt much info on these. Which one to go for? - USENSE - Coollang - Others?
Coollang is No.1 in the badminton sensor market. www.coollang-global.com Here is the User manual: http://www.coollang-global.com/qfy-content/uploads/2017/04/4dad8b5264db08a9309410d62abe0ece.pdf Video tutorial: How to use Coollang Xiaoyu2.0?
That really doesnt answer my question especially when you're working for them anyone else used Coollang before? Reviews?
I like the idea but however i couldnt imagine it recording how you hit and how to improve. I can only imagine it measuring how fast you hit and with the price range makes you more weary of it. As the idea is pretty cool just wanted to see if anyone has had a hands on experience with the device?
I have used Coollang sporadically. The app is very buggy-randomly opens, does not connect at times and loses data. The sensor does fit well, is secure and collects data pretty accurately. But, the app and interface really needs to be streamlined. The battery life is quite good though.
Sir, here are some solutions for your issues. 1. Bluetooth was not found. Solution: (1.) Check if the sensor is connected to other devices. (2.) Exit the app and search again. (3.) Download lightblue to see if there is Bluetooth signal. If you are not sure the hardware has been damaged, you can ask for after-sales service. 2. Bluetooth is disconnected. Solution: (1.) Exit the app and reconnect. (2.) Replace the phone, then connect sensor to the new phone to make a test. (3.) If the issue still exists, you can ask for after-sales service. 3. Bluetooth is connected but the App doesn’t show any data. Solution: (1.) Check whether the app is hanging or if there is cache failure. (2.) Re-download the app or use other mobile phones to connect the device to test. If the problem persists, it is probably a hardware issue. Write to Coollang after-sales service at [email ID] with your product ID. 4. Failed to store data. Solution: Pull to refresh after connecting. If it keeps on refreshing without displaying any data and there is no past data, but there is data in the real-time mode, it is probably a hardware failure. I've just ordered the USENSE sensor and will test it over the next couple of months. I'll put up a detailed review of it later.
I am split between which one to buy. Have you reviewed Coollang before? It's a bit pricier than USENSE but I am not sure if the extra 8 bucks is worth it.
Version 3.0 is a Pro version, and the mass production hasn't been confirmed. Coollang Xiaoyu2.0 is still the main product line.
I've heard so much negative reviews abt buggy software I don't even dare try. Hate it when apps don't work well or it just shuts down randomly. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
I have the first generation of the USense, my feeling is, it is not very accurate, the app seemed fine until the last update, it simply stopped logging in since then. I hope the Coolang 3.0 will be a much better product. I haven't used the Coolang sensor myself, the USense rubber attachment is quite heavy, and it also effectively dampens the sensitivity of the sensor itself. The best way to attach a sensor is the directly attach it to the bottom of the grip with strong double sided tape, in this way, the sensor will actually 'sense' any impact of shots and it saves weight to keep your racket balance close to the original.
If you tried Coollang badminton sensor, you will find it has a better user experience than Usense. We will make Xiaoyu become better and better.
As I have already used usense and flink i feel i am well qualified to answer this question. I have been using the actofit badminton pod and i felt that it is more accurate compared to usesne and flink. it has a 3 D motion animation shot tracking which you can view after every shot played. this feature is the best i feel. Would love poeple to try it out!!
Considering the number of advertising posts you have made trying to sell actofit, you would be well qualified in making a very biased opinion in its favour.
I know a lot of people advertise their products over here but I do have friends who have used the Actofit sensor and are quite satisfied with it. I'm thinking of trying it as well, as it also seems cheaper than the other sensors in the market.
