She only played WD yesterday, probably not fit enough to play WS. I think coaches didn't want to push her to play in the WTF.

As for Liu Xuanxuan she partnered Zhang Nan before.. stronger and way better than Li Yinhui, imo. No idea why the partnership not continue.

My apologies, these few days I've been very busy with some urgent personal matter, I'll try to get it done as soon as I can. Actually, anybody can do so if they understand enough Mandarin and use Hanyu Pinyin to translate their names as well.

I noticed something. It is a reason for the womens doubles crisis for china. Curent womens doubles players are young and aging below 22 except few. Players like bao yixin, tang yuanting,ou dongyi, xia huan retired who was next to take the hurdle after tang qiang, zhao yuleni,yu yang

I've just created the CBSL 2018 - 2019 thread in the Tournament Section here
https://www.badmintoncentral.com/fo...018-2019-china-badminton-super-league.179209/ based on whatever information I can find using Baidu, the Chinese search engine as Google yields nothing.

If I've missed out anything substantial or made any typo errors or factual mistakes, feel free to correct me. Translating all the Chinese names, esp the unknown players', was tedious and occasionally there is more than one romanized name to choose from for which I'm not sure which is the correct one to use unless the player's name is familiar to me.

However,I do recognise three foreign names, viz., Ko Sung Hyun and Shin Baek Cheol playing for Qingdao and Ng Kah Long for Shenzhen. Those names which I believe are familiar to us are highlighted in red, except for a couple of CHN junior players that I thought most of us have not heard of.

The exact dates for the tournament schedule from 2018 December 18 to 2019 January 10th has not been published yet, I think, but we do know there will be only three group ties played per week. As soon as they are available, I will post them accordingly.

As usual, livestreams are available on http://www.zhangyu.tv/channeltypes/badminton

You mean Wang Chang, born 7th May 2001, and Di Zijian, born 27th Feb 2001. Yes,a pair of promising 17-year-olds, still good for another WJC, unlikely CBA will let them play the senior circuit too much yet, at most a couple of low tier events just for the experience and international exposure as is usually the case.

Yes this pair is remarkably good. I don’t recall another junior pair that has won so much in junior badminton. They have basically hit the ground running right from their international debut in 2017 AJC.
I don’t think China will let them play regular senior badminton yet though. Too many pairs ahead of them in the queue.
