Usually people practice with heavier racket and play with lighter racket.

What racket are the Koreans (LYD/KGJ) using at the Swiss Open? Matte black with red accents.

I feel like LYD should use the nanoflare 700 and KGJ should stick to the astrox. it looked like Kim was lacking power?

Close up picture analysis most of the time I would say.
Some of the people here do happen to restring those racquets so they can get a very good look at it.

I would agree with your opinion solely on the basis that pro cannot afford to change racket too often to maintain consistency in their game.
IF your opinion is only based on your view that a lightheaded 4U cannot produce a smash like a headheavy 3U, then you have to take in a lot more other factors that changes a pro player's smash. The shuttle speed, environment humidity, players' condition and the opponents' defense in the match that would make you questioned "it looked like Kim was lacking power?".
Also WCL on the other side of the court using a NF700, look at his monstrous smashes! But I would attribute his power coming from the player himself.

Lining seems cannot withstand those ppl using N552.
Force them to change. Zhou Haodong also changes. Hang ChengKai remains.
It suddenly have a lot of CP rackets in the market of those old Lining model

That's fair and yes wcl had a massive smash. I wasnt really talking in sense of 3u/4u but just the fact that Kim, who is a rear court player couldn't really effectively smash as well as wcl. But I guess these guys a bit older too. I feel like lyd can still compete at high level but he needs a stronger rear court player. That's just what I think. Pretty new to badminton so not a highly educated though lol
